Q. The handle has deteriorated. Can it be repaired?
Yes, the handle can be repaired.
We will replace it by attaching new parts using the same leather, so the finish will be natural.

Q. The corners of my bag have rubbed and the color has faded.
This is also a common concern. You can make color unevenness less noticeable by using leather recoloring cream such as Saphir.
We recommend "SAPHIR" black recoloring cream. It's a versatile item that can be used for shoes, sofas, jackets, etc., and having one will allow you to use it for a long time (price is around 1,000 yen to 1,500 yen).
