We have been making improvements since the planning stage in order to respond to requests for a larger size and something more compact.

Q. The handle has deteriorated. Can it be repaired?

Yes, the handle can be repaired.
We use the same leather and replace it by attaching new parts, so the finish is natural.
*We may not be able to accommodate products from other companies as they are made of different materials and have different specifications.

Tips for preventing leather deterioration

• Once every two months (once a month in summer)

• Moisturize and clean with leather cream etc.

Q. The corners of my bag have rubbed off and the color has faded.

This is also a frequently asked question. If you use a leather color-matching cream such as Saphir , you can make the color unevenness less noticeable.

We recommend the black complementary cream from SAPHIR . It's a versatile item that can be used on shoes, sofas, jackets, and more, and if you have one, you can use it for a long time (price is around 1,000 to 1,500 yen).

Difference in storage capacity between the regular type and the smart type
