This is an essential service to ensure that your HushTug products will last a lifetime.
Whether you already own a HushTug product or are thinking about purchasing one in the future, there's nothing wrong with knowing this, so please read to the end.
HushTug Lifetime Repair Service
At HushTug , we want people to take good care of their items, which can be used for 10 years to come.
With this in mind, we offer a semi-permanent repair service.
Repairs are carried out in the workshop where the product was actually manufactured, so we can return it to you in the same high quality.
Depending on the repair content, it may be free of charge or there may be a fee , so please check below.
Free repairs
All products purchased after December 25, 2022 will be offered with a free repair service.
When your bag is no longer able to fulfill its basic function of carrying things , we will repair it free of charge.
Examples of free repairs
- The handle of my bag broke off.
- The bottom of the bag fell out and I couldn't put anything in it anymore.
When you contact us, we may ask you to confirm the circumstances of the breakdown.
Thank you for your understanding.
Paid warranty information
If you are able to put items inside the bag but it lacks functionality and design , we will repair it for a fee depending on the problem.
Examples of paid repairs
- The zipper broke.
- It got scratches and stains.
- The pocket was torn.
- The sewing thread has come loose.
We have a price list for each specific symptom.
(Prices may vary depending on the product even if the symptoms are the same.)

There are various repair cases other than those listed, so please feel free to contact us first.
Please note that depending on the condition of the product and the desired repair area, repairs may not be possible at our affiliated workshop.

Repair procedure
It may take up to three weeks from the time of your inquiry until the repaired product arrives at your home.
STEP1
Please send us pictures of the area you would like care or repair done. The more detailed pictures you can provide, the more accurate the estimate will be.
STEP2
The person in charge will send you an estimate of the cost. Please note that this is only an estimate, and the actual amount may vary slightly.
STEP3
After you have agreed to the cost, please send the product to our office (you will be responsible for shipping costs of approximately 800 to 1,600 yen).
STEP4
We will inspect the item and let you know the exact cost.
STEP5
Once we have received your approval for the cost, we will repair the product.
STEP6
Once the care and repair is complete, we will return the product to your specified address via cash on delivery. Please pay the fee we told you when you received the product.
