Q1. Wouldn't it be easier to use if there was a pocket on the inside?
Thank you for your feedback! Actually, some people say they want an inner pocket, while others say they don't need a pocket.
Given the size of the current model, adding an inner pocket may make storage space too cramped .
It is also important to consider the zipper position, and the structure may make it difficult to insert items.
Therefore, if we were to make a pocketable version, I would consider making it a new model that is a little larger.
Q2. I prefer the logo to be on the inside rather than the outside.
Thank you for pointing that out. The current model has the logo on the outside, a vestige of the time when it was made in Mongolia.
However, it is true that those who prefer simplicity often prefer the foil-stamped logo on the inside, so we are considering revising the specifications in future updates.
In fact, our tote bags already feature a foil-stamped logo on the inside, and a similar specification is possible.
Q3. I'm concerned about the smell of leather. Is this natural?
Yes, since leather is a natural material , a slight odor is unavoidable. It may be especially strong immediately after opening the package.
The smell will gradually decrease with use, so please try using it at first and see how it goes.
If you feel it's too strong, please contact support and we can arrange for an exchange.
Q4. I prefer the color of the zipper to be silver. Are there any plans to change that?
Thank you for your opinion! We currently use gold zippers, but many people prefer silver.
Since the opinions are about evenly split, it might be interesting to make it possible to choose the color in a "semi-custom" format in the future. I will keep this in mind for future reference.
Q5. I would like the zipper pull (handle) to have a brand-like feel.
Thank you! Actually, we are currently planning to change the design of the zipper puller.
We plan to unify the design with the diamond shape used on HushTug tote bags. We hope to maintain a unified look in future products as well.
