[Part 4] Interview with the ambassador! [We had a look at the first sample of the briefcase.]

Hello! I'm the HushTug musician.

We previously published an interview article about the first sample of our new briefcase product, but this time we will be presenting the contents of the second interview!

The ambassador we interviewed this time works in sales for a food manufacturer, and said he would definitely like to try using a briefcase.

We also interviewed him this spring, so this is our second interview! (Thank you for your cooperation!)

Now, let me introduce you to the interview.

----

- What was your first impression of the briefcase?

It's simple and nice, and the handle is sturdy.

It may not look as simple, but I think it would be nice if it could be worn over the shoulder in two ways.

Recently, I've been working remotely two to three days a week, and when I go to the office I use a HushTug square backpack, and I think it's really convenient to be able to carry it over your shoulder.

Furthermore, I think it would be more functional if the shoulder strap had a leather front and mesh back like a square backpack.

- What do you think about the gold zipper?

I personally like it.

When I bought the square backpack, I thought the gold zipper was a little flashy, but when I actually used it, it wasn't as flashy as I thought it would be, and I actually thought it looked good. (laughs)

Also, I often had people around me compliment my backpack, saying it looked like an expensive bag, and I realized that I was being appreciated by those around me.

I don't think this is just because it's gold, but I think it's one of the factors that makes the bag look somewhat luxurious.

So, I think the gold zipper on the briefcase is distinctive and gives it a luxurious feel!

- If you have any concerns or suggestions for improvement, please let us know.

The thing that bothers me is the gore.

It would probably be easier to use if the gusset was a little wider.

For example, I go to the gym, and I think it would be convenient if I could put all my belongings there in a bag.

This is just my example, but I think it would be more convenient to have space for not only work luggage but also other tools.

The next step is the bottom studs.

I think the original advantage is that the body of the bag will not get dirty even when placed on the floor, but the current way the bottom studs are attached means that the body comes into contact with the floor in some places, so I think there is room for improvement.

I'm glad it has studs on the bottom!

Also, speaking of the interior, I was concerned about the thickness of the PC storage area.

I think it would be more reassuring if it had a bit more cushioning.

- Thank you very much for your valuable opinions.

In addition to what is mentioned in this article,
  • Pocket size
  • Surface design
  • PC storage compartment shape
We were given lots of information about things that customers are concerned about.
We will continue to improve the Briefcase so that more people can use it!

Thank you for reading to the end this time as well.
