[Collaboration with Japanese craftsmen!] We will jointly sell leather puzzles.

Hello, I'm Toda, the representative of HushTug.

This time, we'll be talking about what went behind the scenes in the development of HushTug's first collaborative product.

HushTug is a company that works towards the goal of "creating a new industry in Mongolia" by "producing high-quality bags in Mongolia and delivering them to the world" through the efforts of Mongolian artisans .

We started selling the bags in April 2019, and to date (the end of November 2021), approximately 22,000 bags have been purchased.

With the support of many customers, we are experiencing growth little by little.

However, HushTug is still a new brand, having only been on the market for less than three years, and we feel there is still room for improvement compared to the craftsmen at other brands who have been honing their skills for many years.

Furthermore, in order to become a world-class leather brand, there are many hurdles to overcome, such as in terms of quality and design, and we still have a long way to go to grow.

While I was struggling with these concerns, I met Michiyama, a craftsman with 50 years of experience.

Michiyama, who has been involved in the leather industry for many years, felt a sense of crisis about the decline of Japan's leather industry.

Michiyama, who has a strong desire to "protect Japanese technology," sympathizes with HushTug's philosophy and has agreed to cooperate with us as a quality advisor.

We promise to combine "high-quality Mongolian leather" with " Japan's finest technology" to deliver the best products to our customers.

As their first activity, they decided to jointly sell sustainable leather puzzles conceived by Michiyama.

About Leather Puzzles

#1 Colorful puzzles

This puzzle is made from high-quality Japanese cowhide leather. The pieces are dyed using a unique technique to create vibrant colors that take advantage of the material.

#2 Luxury leather that was supposed to be thrown away

We use high-quality original Japanese milling leather, and adopt a "ringing leather" that is created by a perfect balance between the inherent quality of the leather and the processing.

In fact, the leather used is made from parts that were no longer needed when making other products.

Although the materials used remain high-quality, by using parts that would otherwise be unused we are able to reduce waste and work towards sustainable practices.

#3 Perfect gift for small children

A leather puzzle that you can enjoy while touching the soft texture of genuine leather.

It's also perfect as a birthday gift for children.

Once the puzzle is complete, you can display it in your room as a decoration.
*Please note that the legs do not stand on their own.
