D2C is an abbreviation for "Direct to Consumer" and refers to a sales format in which products planned or produced by a company are traded directly with customers without going through a trading company or retailer.
Since HushTug has been recognized as a D2C brand since its launch, some people may be wondering, "What does it mean to sell on Amazon and Rakuten Ichiba?" So I would like to take this opportunity to explain!
First of all, at HushTug, we are not limited to the D2C category, but rather aim to provide something that benefits Mongolia and our customers, so we sell our products on Amazon and Rakuten Market.
We will continue to make every effort to provide sales and support on our official online store so that our customers can enjoy shopping with peace of mind. However, we may take different approaches to make our service more convenient and easier for more customers to use.
