The events that interested me have now ended, but there was still excitement in the events in which Mongolia was strong.
Q. Which sport is most popular?
By the way, apart from the Olympic events, Mongolian sumo, horse racing, Mongolian archery, etc. are popular!
- So judo and wrestling, which have won medals, are really popular.
After all, compared to other countries, Japan has a smaller population and economic power, so it is difficult for professional players to develop.
There are few places to play sports, and most professional athletes also have other jobs.
So it seems that people in faraway Mongolia were enjoying the Tokyo Olympics too.
However, as Kawada, the representative of the Mongolian corporation, said at the end, the environment in Mongolia is not yet in place for players to develop.
