#6How we came to co-develop with our customers
This sacoche was co-developed with HushTug customers.
At HushTug, we asked ourselves, "How can we create truly excellent products?" and concluded that if we create products that customers genuinely desire, those products would be loved by other customers as well.
Approximately 10 customers gathered at our invitation, and from the initial meeting, various design opinions were exchanged, leading to several productive meetings.
During the meetings, we refrained from offering any opinions and directly incorporated customer feedback into the product. As a result, many ideas that would not have emerged within HushTug were generated, leading to a quality that we could never have achieved on our own.
With the powerful backing of "Handbag Suzuki," a Japanese sewing company with top-tier technology, we were able to complete a one-of-a-kind sacoche based on these ideas.
This sacoche, born from the fusion of customer-first design and top-tier manufacturing technology, is a product we are very proud of.
