Product Features
#1Lighter, freer.
Much thinner and lighter than a wallet, this money clip won't add bulk to your jacket or pants pockets. Being light means your steps will also be light, giving you more flexibility in your work and outings.
#2Luxuriously crafted with Himeji leather, highly acclaimed worldwide.
This item is luxuriously crafted from cowhide produced by the Nakajima Leather Industrial Co., Ltd., a tanner in Himeji, a renowned leather-producing region.
Enjoy the strong, supple, and beautifully aging Himeji leather, created with traditional techniques honed over more than 65 years of history.
#312 details carefully considered for this money clip
1. Fully leather-finished surface. We aimed for a more luxurious feel by using generous amounts of leather.
2. By shaving the leather to its thinnest possible form, we achieved a slim profile that won't add bulk, whether it's in your chest pocket or a compact bag.
* This product does not include a coin purse.
3. Smoothly insert and remove cards and bills for elegant payments.
4. You can also securely clip bills in the free pocket on one side.
5. The free pocket on the other side can store receipts and cards.
6. The free pocket on the other side can store receipts and cards.
7. It can hold a total of 6 cards.
8. The most fragile metal clip is made in Japan, maximizing its durability.
9. The metal clip is easily detachable, making it simple to replace if it breaks or if you want to switch to a different clip.
10. The leather is chrome-tanned. It is highly resistant to scratches, water stains, and color fading, ensuring it stays beautiful for a long time.
Enjoy how it becomes glossier with use and develops a rich patina that feels supple to the touch.
Below, we test how resistant the Himeji leather used by HushTug is to scratches, water stains, and wrinkles.
11. Because it's a product that can't hide imperfections due to its simplicity, every step is carefully finished using the traditional skills of Japanese craftsmen.
12. To achieve ultimate simplicity, the logo is only placed on the inside. We hope you'll remember HushTug for a fleeting moment when you take something out.

About Us
#1What is HushTug?
HushTug is a leather brand that offers high-quality, simple leather products at affordable prices.
At the same time, by carrying out most of our leather production and sewing in Japan, we aim to solve social problems faced by the Japanese leather industry, such as a shortage of successors.
Thus, we are a social brand that aims to preserve the tradition of the Japanese leather industry for future generations through our brand operations.
#2About HushTug's Pricing
At HushTug, we value cost performance.
"Improve quality while keeping prices low."
To achieve these seemingly contradictory goals, we chose a business model where:
We handle everything from product planning and development to sales and post-purchase support in-house,
and cut costs as much as possible, excluding material and labor costs.
Since there are no intermediaries, we can cut unnecessary costs and provide highly cost-effective products.
#3The Makers' Vision
Most of HushTug's products are made by D.bell (formerly Handbag Suzuki).
We pour all the knowledge gained over 90 years of our company's history into our products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Through HushTug, we aim to solve the problem of a shortage of successors in the leather industry and pass on Japan's wonderful traditions to future generations.
Please take a look at our work in the page below if you'd like.
#4Our Thoughts on Selling Prices
At HushTug, with the desire to pass on traditional and excellent manufacturing techniques to future generations, we are committed to selling products at appropriate prices, and will raise prices if necessary to ensure that artisans are properly compensated.
Furthermore, to prevent customers who have supported HushTug from feeling sad that "the price is lower than when I bought it," we will, in principle, not lower product prices in the future, making the current price the lowest price.
Please take a look at our thoughts on price increases on the page below if you'd like.
#5Beware of color transfer and fading.
Due to the nature of genuine leather, using it when wet can cause color transfer and fading.
Please be especially careful in summer when you tend to sweat.
The following methods can help prevent color transfer to some extent. Please check them as well.
