By passing the leather string through the belt loop, the excess string doesn't hang down, but when I received it, I had a lot of trouble getting the string through the loop because both the string and the loop were stiff.
I think it would be more helpful and customers would be more satisfied if they included a piece of paper with advice on how to thread the string through the loop.

- Size - I am no longer stressed by having my pockets bulge when I put my cell phone, wallet, handkerchief, etc. in them.

The color was darker than I expected, but it's still a nice color.

I became interested in HushTug products after seeing an advertisement on Facebook, and recently purchased a business bag. The reasons I was attracted to your products were, first of all, the simple design, the appeal of the grained leather made by Mongolian craftsmen, and the accuracy of the product information.
As I answered in my SMS, when I received the product, my impression was that it looked "cool." It was exactly as I had imagined it to be online. I think the reason for this was the way your company communicated the product down to the smallest detail.
However, the first thing I find disappointing is the weight. It's a solid construction, but it would be better to make it lighter by eliminating any worn-out parts. I understand the weight numerically, but when I actually stuff it with something and put it on my shoulder, the round handles dig into my shoulders and hurt. It's a business bag with long handles, so it's expected that it will be carried on the shoulder, but compared to other brands such as LV, the handles are hard and a little bulky. The size is just right for a man's hand, but it's too big for a woman's hand.
Also, as others have pointed out, the YKK zipper is difficult to open and close, and is quite difficult to use. You have to use both hands to open it.
Increasing the number of product items is not easy due to inventory issues, but we hope that in the future you will be able to sell business bags for women that are one size smaller in length, width, and height, even if it is only a limited edition.

What I look for in a bag:
1) Durability (whether the edges are scraped, whether the parts that are subject to pressure will not tear, and whether the shape will not change)
② Just the right size (one book (paperback), a water bottle, a memo pad, a smartphone, and a long wallet are the basic things I carry, and can fit these in without making the bag too fat)
3) Lightness (even leather is tiring if it is heavy)
So, I don't think there is anything else that offers all of these at this price.
If I had to say something, I'd say the leather is a bit stiff, but after about two weeks of use, the leather has softened up nicely. It's fun to watch the bag grow every day. (laughs)

If I were to offer some feedback to help them make it better, I would like it to have more pockets on the inside. I think it's fine to keep the simple exterior design, but there are far fewer pockets compared to the bag I was using before, so it's difficult to store small items.
Personally, I think the bag would be more convenient and easy to use if the pocket without the zipper was a two-tiered pocket.

As it was supposed to be a message of support, I have attached a watercolor painting that I did as a hobby.

I purchased a business bag and a multi-purpose case. They arrived about a month and a half after I ordered them, and I was able to wait with peace of mind knowing that I would receive updates on their progress.
I've only been using it for a few days, but I love everything about it - the solid feel of the leather, the careful stitching, the depth of the color (Navy), and the simplicity of the design.
I think there is a demand for larger sizes of multi-cases for people who use tablets and laptops. The current size is iPad Mini size, so I would like something around 10 to 13 inches.

I personally think the wrinkles on the business bag are just OK. The stitching is neat, the design is plain and I like it, and it looks easy to use. However, my wife was quite critical. In the first place, a reputable place wouldn't send it in a way that would cause wrinkles. She said it was somehow cheap and didn't have the weightiness that you would expect from a good bag. Well, I can understand her opinion.
Personally, I think the edge polishing is a little lacking, and I'd like to see brass studs on the bottom. For 30,000 yen, this bag with edge polishing and studs is a very good bag. I suppose that can't be helped considering the price, but it's still a long way from other good brands that sell for 50,000 yen. What kind of brand is HushTug aiming to be? A high-end brand?
