Convenience store payment

If you paid by convenience store payment, the refund will be made to your bank account.
We will refund you after confirming the account information to which you wish to receive the refund.

Please note that in this case, the convenience store payment fee will be borne by the customer.

Bank transfer

If you paid by bank transfer, the money will be refunded to your bank account.
We will refund you after confirming the account information to which you wish to receive the refund.

Please note that in this case, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Cash on delivery

If you paid by cash on delivery, the money will be refunded to your bank account.
We will refund you after confirming the account information to which you wish to receive the refund .

Please note that in this case, the cash on delivery fee will be borne by the customer.

Pay Later

1. If the billing amount has not been confirmed by Paidy

We will send a return/cancellation notice to Paidy.
It will then be reflected in your My Paidy.

2. If you have already paid

We will send a return/cancellation notice to Paidy.
This will be reflected in your My Paidy balance and offset against your Paidy billing amount from the following month onwards.

If you would like an immediate refund from Paidy, we can provide you with our bank account information and refund your money directly.
