The care and repair work we undertake is outsourced to one of Japan's top repair specialists. We have set the prices this way because we are working with a manufacturer that guarantees high quality while keeping the HushTug design intact.
We can also offer a lower price than the above, provided that you understand that there may be variations in quality. Please contact us separately using the details below.
Care and repair process
It may take up to three weeks from the time of your inquiry until the repaired product arrives at your home.
STEP1
Please send us pictures of the area you would like care or repair done. The more detailed pictures you can provide, the more accurate the estimate will be.
STEP2
The person in charge will send you an estimate of the cost. Please note that this is only an estimate, and the actual amount may vary slightly.
STEP3
After you have agreed to the cost, please send the product to our office (you will be responsible for shipping costs of approximately 800 to 1,600 yen).
STEP4
We will inspect the item and let you know the exact cost.
STEP5
Once we have received your approval for the cost, we will repair the product.
STEP6
Once the care and repair is complete, we will return the product to your specified address via cash on delivery. Please pay the fee we told you when you received the product.
