Product Features
#1Luxury just 2cm thin
We developed a long wallet that solves the contradiction of being "thin but not luxurious" or "luxurious but difficult to store." It's thin and easy to store, yet still feels luxurious.
#2Luxurious use of Himeji leather, highly acclaimed worldwide
We lavishly use cowhide produced at the Nakajima Leather Industry, a tannery in Himeji, a famous leather production region.
Enjoy the strong, supple, and beautiful aging of Himeji leather, crafted using traditional techniques cultivated over 65 years of history.
#3Ultimate simplicity, eliminating all unnecessary embellishments.
#4Our Commitment to the Black Long Wallet
1. Full leather specification with the entire surface finished in leather. By luxuriously using leather, we pursued an even more luxurious texture.
2. By shaving the leather to its absolute thinnest, we've achieved a slimness that doesn't bulk up, whether you put it in your breast pocket or a compact bag.
* This product is recommended for those who want a neat appearance while somewhat carefully selecting the contents.
For those looking for a large-capacity wallet, we recommend the round wallet.
3. One side of the interior features six card slots and a free pocket for receipts and other items.
4. The coin pocket is intentionally designed to be shallow, improving convenience so you can retrieve coins without having to reach deep inside.
If you make an effort to reduce coins as much as possible at checkout, you won't feel anxious about its capacity.
5. The bill pocket has a gusset to increase storage capacity. Approximately 10 bills can be stored without any problem.
6. The coin pocket zipper uses YKK (EXCELLA Black No. 3). It combines a design that subtly enhances luxury without being ostentatious, and smooth opening and closing functionality.
7. For the card storage section, we intentionally use a different synthetic material. By using a material smoother than leather, cards can be inserted and removed with ease.
8. The leather is chrome-tanned, making it resistant to scratches, water stains, and color fading, allowing for prolonged beautiful use.
As you use it, you can enjoy the beautiful aging process, becoming more lustrous and smooth to the touch.
Below, we verify how resistant the Himeji leather used by HushTug is to scratches, water stains, and wrinkles.
9. Because of its ultimate simplicity, it is a product that cannot be faked, so every step is carefully finished with the traditional techniques of Japanese craftsmen.
10. To achieve ultimate simplicity, the logo is only placed on the inside. Please remember HushTug for a moment when you casually take something out.

About Us
#1What is HushTug?
HushTug is a leather brand that offers high-quality, simple leather products at affordable prices.
At the same time, by carrying out most of our leather production and sewing in Japan, we aim to solve social problems faced by the Japanese leather industry, such as a shortage of successors.
Thus, we are a social brand that aims to preserve the tradition of the Japanese leather industry for future generations through our brand operations.
#2About HushTug's Pricing
At HushTug, we value cost performance.
"Improve quality while keeping prices low."
To achieve these seemingly contradictory goals, we chose a business model where:
We handle everything from product planning and development to sales and post-purchase support in-house,
and cut costs as much as possible, excluding material and labor costs.
Since there are no intermediaries, we can cut unnecessary costs and provide highly cost-effective products.
#3The Makers' Vision
Most of HushTug's products are made by D.bell (formerly Handbag Suzuki).
We pour all the knowledge gained over 90 years of our company's history into our products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Through HushTug, we aim to solve the problem of a shortage of successors in the leather industry and pass on Japan's wonderful traditions to future generations.
Please take a look at our work in the page below if you'd like.
#4Our Thoughts on Selling Prices
At HushTug, with the desire to pass on traditional and excellent manufacturing techniques to future generations, we are committed to selling products at appropriate prices, and will raise prices if necessary to ensure that artisans are properly compensated.
Furthermore, to prevent customers who have supported HushTug from feeling sad that "the price is lower than when I bought it," we will, in principle, not lower product prices in the future, making the current price the lowest price.
Please take a look at our thoughts on price increases on the page below if you'd like.
#5Beware of color transfer and fading.
Due to the nature of genuine leather, using it when wet can cause color transfer and fading.
Please be especially careful in summer when you tend to sweat.
The following methods can help prevent color transfer to some extent. Please check them as well.
