Hello, I'm Daiki Kawada, representative of HushTug's Mongolian workshop.
In this blog, we will talk about how to care for scratches on leather using a complementary cream!
If you're interested in keeping your HushTug products looking nice and clean for as long as possible, give it a try.
(Effective for scratches like those mentioned above)
If you use leather products for a long time...
・I rubbed my bag against the wall. ・The color has faded and it looks bad. ・The corners of the bag have become worn.
Etc. Have you ever had any of these problems?
By using this complementary care cream to treat chafing, you can solve or reduce the above problems.
First, let me explain what you need to prepare.
・Things to prepare
1. Horsehair brush
Use it to remove dust and dirt from your bag before applying the complementary cream.
→ Check out the horsehair brush on Amazon
2. Cotton fabric
This is used when applying cream. Any cotton material can be used, even an old T-shirt can be used as a substitute.
3. Complementary cream (Saphir recommended)
At HushTug we recommend Saphir's complementary cream.
・Black → Black No. 01 → Check out Black on Amazon
・Navy → Navy Blue No. 6 → Check out Navy Blue on Amazon
・Brown → Cognac No. 10 → Check out Cognac on Amazon
* Complementary creams are numbered for each color, and we recommend the above numbers for HushTug products.
・How to care for it
1. Remove dirt and dust from the surface
Use a horsehair brush to remove dirt and dust from the surface of the bag. Brush gently without using too much pressure.
2. Apply complementary color cream
Apply a small amount of cream to a cotton cloth.
Apply the paint little by little, being careful not to apply it too thickly, and add more if needed.
3. Dry
After applying the color-changing cream, let it dry naturally for 5 to 10 minutes.
If you use it before it dries, the color may transfer to your clothes, so make sure it is completely dry before using it.
(The above is what it looks like after applying the complementary cream)
4. Brush to blend
The painted areas have a matte look and less shine than unpainted areas.
If you brush it after it dries, it will become shiny and blend in with the surrounding area, making it less noticeable.
It may be difficult to tell the before and after from the images, but the worn-out look has been significantly reduced.
・Finally
This time we introduced how to care for scratches using leather color-changing cream.
Anyone can easily care for their skin by using the complementary cream, and since the cream can be reused many times, if you want to keep your skin looking beautiful for a long time, we recommend you give it a try.
Thank you for reading to the end today!
