When will the product arrive? A simple guide

The delivery truck

HushTug typically ships within 2 business days of receiving your order .

Delivery is mainly handled by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport .

*If you choose post-delivery (Nekopos), it will be delivered by Yamato Transport, and if you choose cash on delivery or have a specific delivery date and time, it will be delivered by Sagawa Express.

Once the product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email . The email will include the tracking number (waybill number) for the package.

A checklist to look at when you think "I can't get it..."

  • Check that the registered email address is correct
  • If you still haven't received it, please contact HushTug to find out what happened.

  • It may take a day or two for the tracking number to appear.

  2. Payment is made in advance (cancellation and refunds are possible at any time before shipment)

  3. Receive a confirmation email (please check for errors)

  4. Schedule information email will be sent before shipping

  5. After the item is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
