Congratulations! HushTug has our first new employee in three years.
Hello! This is Nakajima from HushTug.
Today we would like to introduce you to our first new employee who has joined HushTug in three years!
The Mongolian workshop hires new craftsmen almost every month, and has now grown to a large team of over 50 people.
Compared to the Mongolian workshop, the Japanese staff was fairly small, with only five people including the representative, Toda. However, with the brand's operations expected to expand in the future, we have begun recruiting new employees.
We received a large number of applications as soon as we started recruiting, and after several interviews, we were able to welcome our new employees in May 2021.
This time we would like to introduce Mageshi, a new employee who has joined our Marketing Department!
I also work as a customer support representative, so I have many opportunities to interact with you all.
Q: First, please give us a brief introduction about yourself!
Hello! I'm Mageshi from HushTug. I'm 25 years old.
I was born in Togane City, Chiba Prefecture, an area rich in nature, and I still live in Chiba Prefecture. At HushTug, I'm in charge of media management and marketing.
Q. What kind of work did you do before? What was the most memorable experience?
My previous job was as a police officer.
What I remember most vividly is that after I was commissioned as a police officer at the age of 20, I underwent rigorous training at police academy for 10 months.
Despite the strict training, living in the dormitory with my classmates was fun and left a lasting impression on me!
I remain close friends with my classmates from police academy and we still keep in touch even after I retired.
After that, I worked at a police box for a year, in a patrol car for six months, and then as an office worker for two years, for about three and a half years.
In my office work, I was mainly in charge of general affairs, planning, and unit operations.
The most memorable part of my job was providing security for VIPs at the G20 Osaka Summit and for the US President's visit to Japan.
I will never forget how I was able to accomplish the task under such tension, knowing that failure was absolutely not an option!
Q. Tell us what led you to join HushTug!
I learned about HushTug when I saw a Twitter post by Mr. Toda, the CEO of HushTug, that said, "We're looking for a web marketer for HushTug! [No experience necessary!]"
I was originally interested in marketing, so when I applied I didn't know anything about the brand HushTug at the time.
However, when I researched HushTug, I found that it is a strong brand that values its customers above all else, and I really wanted to work as a part of HushTug, so I applied!
After that, I had an actual interview, and after hearing the honest and passionate president speak, my thoughts changed to "I definitely want to join the company."
I was really happy when I was hired!
Q: How is it when you actually start working?
Because this job is in a completely different genre from my previous job, there is a lot to learn at first and I am causing trouble for my seniors around me, but I am doing my best with their kind guidance.
The other day, I saw someone using a HushTug tote bag at Tokyo Station, and I was so happy that I ended up calling out to him, surprising him. (lol)
It's only been a month since I joined the company, but my passion for HushTug is incredibly strong, and my motivation is second to none!!
Q. What do you want to do with HushTug in the future? What are your aspirations?
As a marketer, my goal is to get more people to know about HushTug.
I am still inexperienced, but I will do my best to learn the job quickly by following the example of my seniors, so I hope to continue to work with you in the future!
lastly
This time we introduced HushTug's new employee, Kakushi-kun!
He is mainly in charge of marketing-related work, but he also handles customer support, so some of you may already know him.
I've only been with the company for about a month, so I'm starting with no experience, but I'm learning the job quickly, which is very helpful!
We hope you will continue to support Kakushi-kun, HushTug's promising new employee!
