[Difficult road ahead!?] The Mongolian team went on a company trip!
Hello! This is HushTug's Hariuna.
We have been gradually hiring since last fall in order to increase production, and since this time last year our employee base has quadrupled to about 25 people.
And the other day, we went on our first company trip, so I'd like to talk about it today.

About the trip
Our destination was a resort called Bayanbular, about two and a half hours by train from Ulaanbaatar.
It had been about 10 years since I last rode a train in Mongolia, so I was excited.
Inside the train
When I got on the train, as usual? As expected? I had some trouble and couldn't sit in the seat I reserved (that's unthinkable in Japan, right? lol)
I had written down the problem in the complaint notebook that was on the train, but I was surprised when the same problem occurred on the return train.
※Everyone is playing cards.
In the end, we had no choice but to sit in the empty space that was not a seat. It looks like this company trip will be a difficult one.
On the train, everyone spent the time relaxing, playing cards or chess, or eating the lunch they had brought with them.
※This is the lunch I made! I'm glad everyone said it was delicious♪
Arrival and admission
Once we arrived, we got off the train and walked about 10 minutes to the resort.
There were three room options (Mongolian ger, summer house, hotel), but only the hotel was available.
I was a little disappointed because I wanted to stay at the summer house since it was such a special trip. (However, it started raining after that, so it turned out to be a good decision to stay at the hotel.)

activity
Since it was our first company trip, we decided to have as much fun as possible, so we split into three teams and played volleyball, tug-of-war, balloon-popping, and other games.
*This is a volleyball match.
We rented out the resort gym for about two hours and held a volleyball tournament.
Our employees play volleyball and basketball regularly, about once or twice a month, so they are all fairly good at it.
Because of this, the games get very exciting, but this time my team won and I was extremely happy ^^
The team that puts balloons between everyone and pops them all first wins. Everyone was laughing a lot, it seemed like they were in the mood. lol
The photo above shows the tug-of-war competition.
This game requires a lot of strength, so everyone was very tired after it was over.
After all the games were over, the winning teams were awarded prizes.
Somehow, my team won the championship, but our strong craftsman, Mr. Damba, played a major role.
lastly
On our first company trip, everyone was too enthusiastic and ended up getting tired, so next time I'd like to create more free time.
*During the company trip, we all wore matching T-shirts with the HushTug logo.
Although it was difficult in many ways, our first company trip was a lot of fun. I feel that we were able to create many good memories for both the employees and the company.
Next time, I will work hard so that I can go on a trip with more colleagues!
Thank you for reading to the end today as well.
