I was born in January 1980 and am 40 years old.
I am married and have one three-year-old daughter.

How long have you been working at HushTug?
Tomorrow
It's been four months since I started working as a leather craftsman at HushTug.
Hariuna
It's almost been half a year!
What made you start working at HushTug?
Tomorrow
In my previous job, I made silver tea bowls.
The working conditions were bad for my health so I quit and started working at HushTug.
Hariuna
Many people quit working in Mongolia's workshops/factories because of the poor working conditions.
How has it been since you started working at HushTug?
Tomorrow
I feel like I'm finally getting used to the job.
I started out with no experience as a leather craftsman, but now I'm in charge of important tasks such as cutting leather and skiving, and I feel like I've grown a lot in this short time.

When I saw Tomuro working, I thought to myself, "He does such careful work!"

Thank you! I'm so happy (laughs).

At first, they did simple tasks like applying glue and tape, but now they are in charge of more technical work like cutting and skiving the leather.
I occasionally started sewing fabric and before I knew it, my skill level had improved.

I was surprised at how quickly he learned the job! (laughs)

Most of the people I work with now are in their 20s, aren't they?
How do you feel about working in the same team as young people?
Tomorrow
I enjoy working with a young team.
Everyone is quick to learn the job, and I'm happy to be able to grow together with them.
