[Ger camp in Mongolia] We had some new employees so we all went camping together!

Hello!

This is a HushTug Hariuner.

In a previous blog I mentioned that we had more new employees (craftsmen) joining us, and the other day we went camping to get to know the new recruits better!

This time we will bring you a report on the camp!

(※Vaccinations in Mongolia are progressing faster than in Japan, and everyone is getting vaccinated.)

A total of 70 people went to camp.

This time we went to a place called Terelj, a short distance from Ulaanbaatar, where the HushTug factory is located.

Terelj is a wonderful place rich in nature and animals and is a national park!

Everyone gathered together to have fun at the camp so that they could quickly become acquainted with the new employees. In total, there were about 70 people, including HushTug employees and Chimge's workshop, which was introduced in this blog !

Because there were so many of us, we traveled in two large buses!

It is a campsite with gers, typical of Mongolia.

First, Mr. Kawata and Mr. Chimge, the managers of each factory, gave a brief greeting.

The camp started with some words from the two people who usually manage the company and the production site. We immediately started enjoying ourselves with food and drinks!

Although it's not in the photo, we all made Mongolian dishes, horkhog (stone-grilled lamb and other meat) and tsuiwan (Mongolian version of fried noodles)!

Come to think of it, the campsite was very close to one of our staff's parents, so he brought his horse from his house and we all went horseback riding together!

It's unique to Mongolia to have houses that keep horses and be able to ride them (laughs).

There were also some large deer around, so it really felt like a national park rich in nature!

By the time we left, everyone was tired and some were drunk, but it was great because we got to talk a lot with the new employees!

Working together with the new employees I've become friends with through this event, I hope to continue to work hard to run the factory so that everyone in Japan will continue to be pleased!

There are a lot of photos, but thank you for reading to the end!
